C:\MFT is corrupt and unreadable

I ran chkdsk a few times already, and I'm still having this pops up.

The log from chkdsk seem to show no issues whatsoever.

Any idea what to do?

I believe you mean $MFT, which is the NTFS "Master File Table." Back up any important data on the drive ASAP.
